Jeff’s experience with nutrition has been very personal. Due to a family history of heart disease and high cholesterol Jeff made a commitment at a very young age to eat healthy. In addition, Jeff has always been an athlete, competing in endurance races such as the California International Marathon and the Eppies Great Race locally. Jeff understood the connection between nutrition and peak performance. With juicing, Jeff has been able to replace supplements he was using to augment his current healthy way of eating and has noticed an increase in energy and a decrease in digestive issues. When Jules had the idea to share their love for cold pressed juicing with others, Jeff was instantly on board. With a background in business, and finance and a passion for higher health, Jeff helped put the idea into motion and Liquidology was born.
Julesstarted in nutrition in 1996 with Abbott Laboratories educating nurses and health practitioners on nutrition in such diseases as diabetes, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and obesity. For the last 14 years Jules worked in the biotechnology industry with a focus in oncology. During this time Jules experienced numerous clinics using juicing as a supplement to current cancer therapies. Jules came to the realization that if juicing was good for these patients; just think what it could do for us all before we get sick. Jules’ personal experience with cold pressed juicing left her feeling amazing but also with the realization that juicing is both time consuming and labor intensive. This reality was Jules’ inspiration for creating Liquidology for all of you.

Liquidology’s juice is cold pressed, organic, raw and never pasteurized. Cold pressing delivers a smooth, pulp-free juice that contains 3 to 5 times more nutrients than juice from your standard juicers, which extract mostly water. Cold pressing introduces no heat, no friction and minimal oxidation, allowing the enzymes in the juice to remain alive. Liquidology’s juice is raw and never pasteurized to retain the maximum nutritional benefit. Any juice that is pasteurized, including flash or high-pressure pasteurization (HPP), is not raw. All current forms of pasteurization damage the living enzymes in the juice. Drinking unpasteurized juice is the best way to achieve the optimal health benefits.
