Ciment Thermique from Kerastase
Benefits:
Hair is strengthened from within. Vita-Topseal protects and reinforces external layer. For hair weakened by harsh chemical treatments and repeated blow-drying/heat-styling.
Application:
Apply a quarter-sized amount to wet hair and massage through starting with the ends and spreading throughout the length of the hair. Comb through. Do not rinse. Style as usual.
